techniques that will take your body to the next level as you tighten, strengthen
and lengthen your muscle.(1 hr class)
This class is exclusive to women who are tired of repetitive fitness
classes and want to dance their way into shape. Combining elements of Latin
dance with a cardio based bootcamp workout this class is designed to get you
moving while developing core strength, flexibility and endurance. With an
intensive start and thorough cool down, you will leave feeling energized,
stronger and more flexible.
We all know the importance of keeping fit and healthy but sometimes it
can feel like a chore. Dance-Fitness classes are different because every second
of the class is enjoyable. Think how good you feel when you're letting your hair
down on the dancefloor! As well as a cardio workout, you are also combating
stress. For that 45mins/hour you are focussed on dancing and nothing else. It’s
hard to worry about targets and deadlines when you’re trying to remember which
way to turn! Not to mention the endorphins that are released into your brain,
boosting and stimulating feelings of well being. You'll leave the class wanting
